Issam Jemâa (Arabic: عصام جمعة‎, born 28 January 1984 in Gabès) is a Tunisian footballer. As of May 2006, he plays as a striker for the Ligue 1 club Auxerre. He started his footballing career for Espérance, and was later signed by French side Lens.

International career

Jemâa has 54 caps and 26 goals with the Tunisian national team. With 26 goals he's the best scorer in the history of the Tunisian national team. He was called up to the 2006 World Cup, but was later forced out from the squad due to injury. He was also called up to the Tunisian national team squad for the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations in Ghana and the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations in Angola.
